Mississippi Blood Services (MBS) is a not-for-profit blood service, founded in 1979. MBS is the only FDA licensed blood center headquartered in Mississippi, created to manage our state’s blood supply, serving hospitals across the state. MBS operates nine drawing centers across the State of Mississippi with distribution hubs in Jackson, Oxford and Greenville. MBS supplies a safe and adequate supply of blood and blood products to hospitals in Mississippi, Alabama, Arkansas and Tennessee.

Field Recruitment audit/assessment of current state. Develop and facilitate roadmap to increase growth, efficiencies and participation using metrics-based performance tools and donor group analysis.
Donor CARE: Collection Staff Customer Service Training
Program dedicated to enhancing the donation experience through staff education and empowerment. Donor retention is directly tied to experience, and this results-driven program focuses on critical touchpoints with the donor.
